INDEMNIFICATION

Remedies for Website breach may include recovery of any damages or losses from the User. For User breach, remedies may include liquidated damages in the amount of $1000 in addition to other available remedies and damages, as any actual amount may be difficult to ascertain.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If any controversy, allegation, or claim arises out of or relates to the Website, Services, or these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, then the parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.

SEVERABILITY
